2.2 When you register to access the TENA Portraits service you consent to the collection and use of any personal information you provide to SCA for the purposes of using the service and for SCA's purposes in contacting you about developments with respect to the service.
2.3 You shall not enter any personal or confidential information or any other person's information, including social security or alternate national identity numbers, unless it is necessary to provide patient care or is otherwise consistent with the purposes of this site. SCA will not be responsible for the security and protection of such personal information that is not required for this service.

As with any online service, there may be occasions when this website is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or failure of telecommunications links and/or equipment. While we will make all reasonable attempts to restore service in a timely fashion, we will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the site.
